Duncan the Delinquent , is a rebel with a love for punk rock and was put in juvie for his rebellious actions. Duncan became particularly close with Courtney, and she would become his love interest, despite having a personality that often clashes with his own. He proved to be a very strong competitor in the challenges, using the "skills" learned from juvie to his advantage. He was also fond of pranking other competitors from time to time, especially Harold. He had meeting to Ryomou and Saji. The relationship between Duncan and Hakufu know some personal details about each other, and it has not been explained to viewers how they know these details.
